In many emergencies, the first few minutes are critical.
Professional responders play an essential role, but they are not always immediately on scene. In situations such as cardiac arrest, severe bleeding, or sudden medical emergencies, outcomes are often determined before emergency services arrive.
Research supported by organizations such as the American Heart Association and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shows that early action by bystanders—such as CPR or basic bleeding control—can significantly improve survival outcomes. In some cases, immediate intervention can double or even triple a person’s chances of survival.
This does not mean civilians replace professional responders. It means that informed, prepared individuals can play a critical role in the moments that matter most.
C.O.R.E. is built around that reality. Our training focuses on helping everyday people recognize emergencies, make sound decisions, and take appropriate early action while activating professional emergency services as quickly as possible.
C.O.R.E. Preparedness provides practical emergency readiness and safety training for civilians, workplaces, and community organizations. Our programs focus on situational awareness, decision-making, and early lifesaving actions—equipping people to respond effectively in the critical moments before professional help arrives.
Mobile Training Events
We operate on a mobile-first, event-driven model.
Rather than traditional classrooms, we bring high-intensity, professional training directly to local businesses, churches, and community hubs. By training in the familiar environments where you spend your time, we ensure your skills are grounded in real-world application.
These are not just classes—they are scheduled readiness events designed to build confidence and capability where it matters most.
